JILL ROGALA
Principal Producer & Owner
Jill Rogala is the Principal Producer for Bridge Insurance Group, LLC and Owner of Bridge Group Finance Inc. Jill is licensed in Michigan, Indiana, Illinois and Ohio. With her three decades of experience in the insurance industry, Jill has great knowledge of the trucking and transportation industry as well as ocean marine, care facilities, and cyber insurance. All of her continuing education and over 28 years of experience in the commercial insurance industry have made her the consummate professional that she is today.
Jill was born and raised in Northern Michigan. She moved down state for 20 years and came back to stay. Her husband and two beautiful daughters enjoy living in Mackinaw City and are loyal and involved members of the community. Jill is one happy person; she loves taking pictures, drinking Starbuck’s coffee and the state of Florida, during the winter of course.
WENDY BELL
Billing and Documentation Manager
Wendy, AKA “Mim,” has been with Bridge Insurance Group, LLC since 2016. She is the most helpful employee we have, always willing to learn and help the person next to her. Wendy takes care of the billing and documentation for the agency; she is very focused on the work she does and makes sure we are all in line on a daily basis. Wendy has a background working with medical documentation and has worked for a lighthouse as a docent. Wendy is a mom of six kids, all born and raised in Mackinaw City, just like her. She loves coffee (YES SHE DOES), tacos, and movies; you name it, she has watched it.
NAOMI HEIL
Operations Manager
Naomi is the Operations Manager for Bridge Insurance Group, LLC, and is the newest member of our team. Her work experience in human resources and her bachelor’s degree in marketing allow her to help the team by keeping her eye on all the little details. Process, process, process! Naomi was born in Paraguay, raised in Peru and lives in Michigan. She and her husband recently acquired a house in the Upper Peninsula and enjoy their summers boating and hanging with their pets.
